When you shop online at the SM Celestial Shop, you can choose to register as a member and shop under the same member account for all future purchases.
For non-members shopping, please complete the basic shipping information and fill in the payment information to complete the shopping process.
Before ordering, please read the ordering instructions and related regulations, as placing the order would automatically mean that you agree to the instructions and regulations.
Shopping Notice
- The measurements provided may vary by ± 3cm in the actual finished product.
- Colors in the photo may vary from the finished product due to camera lighting and device display settings.
- Our products are hot-sale items with limited quantity. Thus, the stock shown is for reference only. If sold out, we may refuse to accept the order.
- Before placing an order, please make sure that the style, size, and color of the product is correct.
- For customized products (Quality Celestial Clothes, Vegan Fur, and EMF Protection), the number of production days is uncertain, so please contact our customer service before placing your order.
- Please fill in the correct and complete recipient's name, address, contact phone number and email account. Incomplete or incorrect information may cause the parcel to be "Uncollected" or "Undeliverable", and may incur extra shipping cost to the customer. Please do not use a P.O. Box as your delivery address.
- By confirming your purchase, you are agreeing to the regulations of this shop. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.
- After selecting the payment method for your purchase at the online store, you must complete the payment within three days, or the order will be canceled.
- For several reasons, items listed on the website may be out of stock.
- After an order is placed, it will be shipped once the products are ready. Thank you for your patience.
Methods of Payment
Online payment with credit card (VISA or Mastercard). Payment must be made in full.
Please note:
Consumers using "Virtual Account ATM" must complete payment within 3 days or the order will be canceled.
Our system is directly connected to international card organizations through a bank certified by the Financial Supervisory Commission, adopting a higher standard of operation process. SSL certificate encryption is used for online card data transmission to effectively protect your data security, and your card information will not be retained in the database of S.M. Celestial Co., Ltd. to ensure the security of your transactions.
Returns & Exchanges
- According to Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Law, online shopping consumers have the right to a 7-day appreciation period (not a trial period) after the goods arrive. However, the goods must be in a complete, unused condition and can be returned to their original packaging before they can be returned or exchanged.
- Personal intimate clothing is non-returnable for exchange due to hygiene and sanitary reasons.
- Customized products are made-to-order and are non-returnable.
- Upon receiving the goods, please open the box and inspect the goods immediately to confirm whether the goods are defective or damaged. If you need to return or exchange the product, please take a photo on the day of receipt and contact customer service, who will arrange for the return or exchange and refund. Please make sure to return all the packaging and accessories (including the complete and undamaged bag and hangtag), and the delivery order.
- Freight charges for returns and exchanges are at the customer's expense, except for product defects and shipping errors.
International Ordering Guide
- Online payment with credit card using VISA or Mastercard. Payment must be made in full.
- Prices on the website do not include shipping charges and import duties, which should be borne by the customers.
- In accordance with the Taiwan Business Tax Act, no invoices will be issued (Business Tax Act: Direct export of goods or services to international buyers is exempted from the issuance of uniform invoices).
- Hong Kong and other international countries are served by Chunghwa Post. For countries not served by Chunghwa Post, we will ship by DHL or FedEx. Please make sure you can accept the shipping cost and potential brokerage fees before placing your order.
- International deliveries are required to co-ordinate with airline operating hours. We cannot guarantee delivery on the specified dates and time slots.
- Given that international shipping is more complex, except for defective goods or faulty items, international shipping is not subject to returns and exchanges. Please be careful before placing an order, and confirm that the product style, size, and color are correct.
For defective or faulty products, please take photo(s) of the product on the day of receipt and contact customer service, who will arrange for a return or refund. Please send back the product within 7 days and return all product packaging and accessories (including intact and undamaged bag and hangtag), and the delivery order.
